The app uses network access solely for the following purposes:

• Submission of Feedback: Any feedback forms you submit. (1.1 above)
• Tips and Fun Facts: The app retrieves tips and fun facts from our Supabase database to display within the app.
• Feature Voting System: The app accesses a public Supabase database to display upcoming features and allow users to participate in the public feature voting system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect only for the following purposes:

• User Feedback: To read and review feedback, bug reports, and feature requests you submit through the in-app form.
• App Improvement: To improve the app based on your feedback and suggestions.
• Feature Development: To prioritize and develop features based on community voting and requests.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, analytics, tracking, or any other purposes beyond providing and improving the Loook service.

3.1 With Service Providers

We share information only with the following service provider:

• Supabase: Our backend database service that stores user-submitted feedback, bug reports, feature requests, tips/fun facts, and feature voting data. Supabase hosts our data on secure cloud infrastructure.

3.2 Public Information

The feature voting system displays a public, curated list of suggested features, which may include ideas you have suggested through the feedback form. The voting system does not display vote counts, nor what features you've voted for.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe such disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with legal processes or government requests
• Protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users
• Investigate potential violations of our app policies or applicable laws

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information to third parties.
